Service Description	Advice, information and ongoing support is provided by specialist trained Nurses to help clients quit smoking. Therapy modes may include nicotine replacement therapy, pharmacotherapy, group education and behaviour modification. Clients are managed in collaboration with their GP. Eligibility	All residents from Melton and Moorabool Local government areas.
Access Hours	Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm
Referral Process	Self-referral or health professional.

Cost to client	Community Health Fees apply. Interpreters available upon request.
