Trouble shooting

We recommend that you complete a test call when your appointment is booked and again on the day of your appointment. The test call will check that your equipment is working correctly and that your internet connection is sufficient.

Ensure you are using the latest version of Google Chrome.

 If you have issues during a video call, press the Refresh button in the top right corner. If the video call fails during the consultation, we will try to call you on the number you provided when you started your video call.
