Details of Service:
Djerriwarrh Health Services provides the following service for patients who require assessment and management of cardiac related conditions.
The Cardiology services at Djerriwarrh Health Service are privately funded. This is a bulk billed service and therefore there is no out of pocket fee associated with this service.
Please ensure that all referrals have a clinicians name on it or it will be unable to be accepted.
The service provides support for the following conditions:
- Hypertension
- Acute Cardiac Conditions
- Heart Failure
- Post Acute Myocardial Infarct
- For Cardiac investigations

Current Session Times
All sessions are located at Melton Health and Community Services Green Building.
General Physician appointments are offered on Tuesday afternoons fortnightly.
Important Information:
Please ensure that all recent blood tests, pathology etc are attached to the referrals.
Providing relevant investigations and results will assist in appropriate and timely triage of your patients.
The following conditions are NOT able to be seen at Djerriwarrh Health Services and it is suggested they are referred to a tertiary hospital.
