Description of Service:

A Diabetes Nurse Educator helps to support a patient with diabetes to manage their sugar levels. They will support you in:

  • Learning to use devices
  • Understanding the importance of testing
  • Understand the condition
  • Develop management strategies to decrease the risks associated with diabetes
