Djerriwarrh Health Services partners with consumers so that our services meet the needs of patients, residents, clients, families, carers and the community. How can we help?


The maternity support line established in October 2015 to assist women and families who may have been affected by events at the Djerriwarrh Health Services Maternity Service (Bacchus Marsh) has now been discontinued. However, alternatives to the support line are still available.

If you have a concern or complaint regarding your care at Djerriwarrh Health Services you may wish to contact the Health Service directly. You can address any complaints to the Chief Executive by phone on (03) 5367 2000, by post at  35 Grant Street, Bacchus Marsh, 3340 or email info@djhs.org.au.
All complaints are dealt with confidentially. 

You can also contact the Office of the Health Services Commissioner; they provide a free and confidential service to consumers who have concerns regarding the service they received from a healthcare organisation. You can contact the Office of the Health Services Commissioner by phone on 1300 582 113 or email hsc@dhhs.vic.gov.au

You can speak to a trained mental health professional by phoning Beyond Blue on 1300 22 4634. The line is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
